Just as plants need healthy soil to flourish, you hair needs a healthy scalp to encourage healthy hair growth. Our headspa treatments are bespoke to each individual's circumstances and needs. Each customized treatment is perfect for whatever concerns you may be facing.

AN UP-CLOSE LOOK, GUIDED BY SCIENCE
Before your treatment, we will perform a full-scalp analysis with our digital microscope. We will show you live, through the 4k microscope any ailments your scalp and hair may be facing. Before your appointment, you will have be sent an intake form so no stone will go unturned when it comes to medical history, areas of concern and treatment goals and expectations.

TIME FOR COMFORT
After the analysis, you'll change into a fluffy spa robe and slippers that are yours to take home after your treatment (slippers only)! We have you lay fully reclined in our spa chairs, atop a memory foam pad, and offer a warm blanket and neck pillow for extra comfort.
You are given the option to wear noise-reducing earbuds that are also yours to keep. We strive to ensure our atmosphere is as low-volume as possible, but as there are other services happening in the salon, there will be light salon chatter as background noise. If you prefer to cancel all the light noise, we do recommend the use of earbuds.

IT'S MASSAGE TIME, BABY
Once you are fully reclined, we apply a warming, hydrating eye mask to send you drifting off into true relaxation. We start your treatment with a face, neck, and scalp massage that integrates Gua-Sha, shiatsu, & reiki-style champissage. These specific massage styles target areas of concern from head to toe that our specialists will go over with you during your scalp analysis . Our head spa specialists completed over 250 hours of intense massage training to ensure you are in the BEST hands (literally) for your treatment.

A MOMENT FOR DETOX
Once your massage is complete.. we clarify your hair to remove all oil and buildup. This is where the magic happens. You'll be super relaxed and ultra clarified with our aromatic rosebuds softly floating in the water while we appease all your senses with warm hand pouring of the water with hand cast clay bowls. We use all the sensory tools while clarifying your hair with a fascia brushing on your scalp, and massage tools to get in extra deep while scrubbing. We get your hair and scalp squeaky clean to prepare it for what's next...

EXFOLIATION GUIDED BY NATURE
Our Herbs & Clay exfoliating treatment is just that. Its a customized blend of herbs, clay and essential oils to address any concerns you may be facing. This treatment exfoliates the scalp, removes dead skin, unclogs pores, and removes impurities from the hair shaft. We base the essential oils that are mixed into the botanicals off the lunar calendar. Depending on whether its a waxing moon, when your hair & roots are at its best state to absorb nutrients, or waning moon- when it's the best time to implement soothing, purifying & calming strategies.

THE GRAND FINALE
After the botanical treatment, we apply a deep restorative and repairing hair mask to replenish moisture, add nutrients and vegan proteins, leaving your hair feeling silky smooth. To ensure extra penetration and detoxification, we pair the hair mask with an invigorating scalp steam. Scalp steaming opens the pores in your scalp, just like a facial, to release any toxins. This also lifts the cuticle of your hair shaft to help it absorb all the nutrients of the restorative hair mask. We finish the service with a chakra opening, moment of relaxation with our Hydro-dhara waterfall system. This is an extra-sensory treat that you can feel throughout your whole body!
As add on treat... Add in a flowerfall tonic to your hydro-dhara waterfall that not only smells amazing, but seals down your hair cuticle locking in all the nutrients and moisture that was just inserted into the hair leaving it strong & shiny!

Please note a blowdry is not included. You can choose to include a blowdry with your treatment or leave wet. If you choose to leave wet we will towel dry, apply product, & detangle your hair before you leave. Blowdry services are $12 off when bundled with any headspa service.
